Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Please allow 2-5 Business Days for order processing (fulfillment) after payment is received. If you selected an upgraded shipping option it will apply to your order once it has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.Ā 
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM MST will be processed the next business day.Ā 
  • We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party carrier may be managing the shipping of our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
  • Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Unless a guaranteed service is selected, such as "Express/Overnight," all times given by the mail carrier areĀ estimates (USPS Priority Mail is not considered a guaranteed service; please review USPS shipping policies for full details).Ā

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are not set by Ripclean. All shipping rates are controlled by the mail carrier selected.Ā 

Free Shipping

We offer freeĀ shippingĀ for orders within the Continental United States over $50 USD
Please allow 2-5 Business Days for order processing (fulfillment) before your order is shipped.Ā 

  • Free shipping is not valid on international orders or orders outside the continental United States.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Ripclean ships to all 50 States.Ā Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may result in longer-than-average delivery times and incur additional shipping charges; delivery times are not guaranteed and are non-refundable.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery dates shown are in Business Days and are NOT guaranteed. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and are not eligible for refunds.Ā 

Shipping estimates apply once the item is processed at the carrier's facility, not necessarily when the product was picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the carrier's location.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Please see your country's shipping customs documents to know what fees you may be responsible for.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. The tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.Ā 


Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package

If the customer selected Shipping Protection at checkout,Ā 
Our team will prioritize your claim and work toward a fast resolution, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping Protection was NOT Purchased

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contactĀ contact@ripclean.com. WeĀ can initiate an investigation.

In these cases, customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations can take several business days and, in some cases, several weeks to complete, depending on the carrier and claim type.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, RIPCLEAN is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

SHIPPING ISSUESĀ 

Ripclean is not required to refund or replace orders that did not opt for signature delivery.Ā 

Customers must contact the carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages. Claims can be opened up with the mail carrier once a report is filed.Ā 

If your package appears to be damaged upon arrival, please take a photograph of the damaged box and contents. Email our support team at contact@ripclean.com immediately upon receiving the damaged package for assistance.Ā 

Order Modifications, Address Changes, Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications, cancellations, or address changes can be made before the order is processed.Ā 

For the best chance to intervene before the order is processed, if a modification needs to be made, email us at contact@ripclean.com immediately.Ā 

  • If the order has been fulfilled or shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes, and the package will ship as is on the original order invoice.Ā 
  • Ripclean is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.Ā 
  • If an order is returned as a result of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.Ā 

Orders with an insufficient shipping address will be returned to our shipping facility. Reasons for insufficient shipping addresses can result from typos or missing APT, UNIT, or SUITE numbers. Please check your original confirmation number to make sure you used the correct address. Use your tracking number to contact your local USPS/UPS office to see if they will allow you to retrieve the package from their facility before it is shipped back to the sender.Ā 

The shipping address form is a self-filled form; errors are a result of what customers have input. As a result, additional shipping charges to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced to the customer. Free shipping on orders that qualify for free shipping will not receive a secondary free shipping rate if an insufficient address was provided originally.Ā
