Shipping policy
- Please allow 2-5 Business Days for order processing (fulfillment) after payment is received. If you selected an upgraded shipping option it will apply to your order once it has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.Ā
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM MST will be processed the next business day.Ā
- We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party carrier may be managing the shipping of our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Unless a guaranteed service is selected, such as "Express/Overnight," all times given by the mail carrier areĀ estimates (USPS Priority Mail is not considered a guaranteed service; please review USPS shipping policies for full details).Ā
- Free shipping is not valid on international orders or orders outside the continental United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery dates shown are in Business Days and are NOT guaranteed. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and are not eligible for refunds.Ā
Shipping estimates apply once the item is processed at the carrier's facility, not necessarily when the product was picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the carrier's location.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contactĀ contact@ripclean.com. WeĀ can initiate an investigation.
In these cases, customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations can take several business days and, in some cases, several weeks to complete, depending on the carrier and claim type.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, RIPCLEAN is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the carrierās investigation outcome.
SHIPPING ISSUESĀ
- If the order has been fulfilled or shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes, and the package will ship as is on the original order invoice.Ā
- Ripclean is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.Ā
- If an order is returned as a result of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.Ā
